Fewer cyclinders on siteBlending Systems

Beer Gas Direct supply blending systems that provide all the mixtures needed to keep a variety of beers, using just two types of gases, Carbon Dioxide and a Carbon Dioxide / Nitrogen Mixture.

The 30/70 mix is supplied direct from the cylinders, and the system offers both 50/50 and 60/40 blends using the 30/70 mix as base. Co2 is then added to make the required blend.

Beer Gas Direct mixed gas systems allow you to have fewer cylinders on site, and makes life easier by avoiding possible confusion over which gases to use.

Cellarmix Panel Range

With the Cellarmix range of panel the possibilities are numerous. For the perfect pint many brewing organisations dictate the conditions in which the beer should be dispensed. The quality and percentage of CO2 in the dispense gas for many is vital.

The Cellarmix panel is a compact wall mounted distribution system that can be easily installed in the pub cellar. The gas mixing valve at the heart of the BSL panel design is a pressure mechanical device. There are no electrical and or electronic devices. Nitrogen and CO2 are piped to the panel from local cylinders and the gases are blended or mixed to a suitable percentage for beer dispense.

The gas mixing valves in the BSL range are such that this panel can be configured to supply a single mixed gas or as many as three. Further adaptation means that the panel can also be supplied with outlets designed for soft drink distribution.
